Before Juice Cleanse

To get the most out of your cleanse, preparation is essential. It will determine how easy or difficult your experience will be. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, drink 1,5-2 liters of water per day, reduce the daily dose of caffeine.

We recommend to eliminate from your diet the following foods for 2-3 days before your cleanse:

 

Sugar

  Gluten

Meat

Dairy

      Alcohol  

                                             Processed and packaged food
