1 day                                                                                                                                     
This is a perfect way to dip your toe into the world of fasting. Many studies show that by fasting for 24hrs a week it will help maintain your weight, increase brain function and reduce the risk of modern disease! Try to ease yourself in with a pre/post raw food day to maximize the impact.


3 days                                                                                                                                    
This is the most popular juice cleanse we offer. Many people struggle on day 1 or day 2, but by day 3 you will find it easier and feel the benefits of the cleanse. This is the first step to feeling a deep detox! Take time for yourself with your 3 day cleanse. Have a massage, colonic or infrared sauna to help release the toxins.


5 days                                                                                                                               
We like to call this "the seasonal" as it is a good detox to do 4 times a year. This is a great way to keep optimum health through the year. You will really feel the benefits of not only loosing any excess weight and retention but also ridding yourself of toxic build up. We recommend to do colonic for better results. Be sure to do some yoga and stretching to get more benefits.
